Hi there Peter! Welcome to the forum where the "Selliesi" from all over the world meet to share their thoughts. I live in Italy and I was born in Sellia. I can't disclose more than that about my identity because I, like practically everybody else but a few ones, have chosen to join the forum using a nickname (I'll drop you a line by private message and I'll fill you in on that). So, I'm glad that you have been able to track back your relatives. Before I go, I just wanted to tell you that I love soccer and, being a fan of Penn State, I do like football too. It could well be that you don't even care about sports in general and football specifically. However, let me tell you that you have the Buckeyes which is a great team, but, last year, on the 25th of october, I watched on TV, the game Buckeyes vs Niattany Lions, before an Ohio Stadium-record crowd of 105,000...few minutes to go and, all of sudden, the sun went down, and it was dusk for the Buckeyes...who, for a split of a second, they thought to be in "SUndusky" instead of Columbus. The Lions had won 13 to 6...Take care. Wink

Looks like the Pittsburgh Steelers won the Super Bowl. And Cleveland Browns are not so good this year. Better luck next year as long as it is controlled by the stock market who can win that way. Okay, I ask about my past relativies, if they are related to me and how. I ask about pictures of the home in Sellia where my Grand father was born and raised. It really does not take much to drive 3 miles to take a couple pictures. It is a lot easier than taking a plane trip getting a hotel rent a car just to take a couple pictures. I would say it maybe a BIG deal if they I ask them to drive 4 miles. Is the Italian government a dictatorship? I was speaking with people with the same last name and everytime I ask about relativies from the past, I get cut off, and they do not speak to me for weeks and sometimes months.

Questo signore e' un discendente dei Pullano, praticamente un nipote di Raffaele Pullano che lascio' Sellia nel 1909 e vorrebbe vedere sul forum una foto della casa dove abitavano i suoi avi, chissa' se sara' possibile!
Se qualche Pullano di Sellia si vuole mettere in contatto con lui, o col forum anche per sapere qual'e' la casa in questione, magari lo possiamo accontentare.

Admin, per i Pullano io conosco un Pullano che è qua a Rho, altri non me ne ricordo di Pullani. Se fosse lui, un parente di questo che ha scritto, potrei anche dirglielo, e se non sà del forum, farmi spiegare se ha parenti in America, e poi avere un seguito. Se così fosse, fammi sapere qualche accenno.
