Ciao Robert, I have the same idea about the house in Sellia. I think that in 4 or 5 years I may retire and go back to Sellia...Yuma is not for me (I got too many enemies here!). It all depends, as usual, on the position, how big it is, etc., however, the one on sale, I heard, they run from five to ten thousand Euro ( $6,500 to 13,000)...So, be more specific about it, then anyone one who is part of the forum might look into it...and have the two ends meet! In Italy and especially in Calabria and particularly in Sellia takes a fortnight just to make acquaintances, have a talk on politics, soccer and women over a glass of wine...and then negotiations can start.
